How long have you been in business?
Action Fireplace is a family owned business; the family has been selling El Fuego and Fuego Flame fireplaces and fireplace inserts since 1978. ActionFireplace.com has been online since 2001, and it has been run solely by owner Jen Simmerman since 2010.
What is your primary product or service?
Fuego Flame fireplaces and fireplace inserts, replacement parts for El Fuego and Fuego Flame fireplaces.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I worked with my father in the fireplace business starting in 1980. When Ron retired in 2010, I bought his company name, ActionFireplace.com, and put it under my banner "JaElle Enterprises LLC".
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
The Fuego Flame™ fireplace has been made entirely in the USA for the last 30 years, with no plans to change their location. I believe the Fuego Flame™ fireplace is the best fireplace on the market today. To the best of my knowledge, Action Fireplace is the only Fuego Flame™ fireplace dealer which regularly offers discounts at a minimum of 5% on the purchase of any Fuego Flame™ fireplace. These fireplaces are not dependent on electricity to pump up to 250 cubic feet of heated air into your home per minute via natural convection, and are made to heat living spaces of up to 3,000 square feet! The Fuego Flame™ fireplace can be set up to burn wood OR gas, and can - with about 2 hours of time and the additional parts - be switched from wood burning to gas burning or vice versa. The Fuego Flame™ is a true dual-fuel fireplace.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Action Fireplace works from one location, and conducts business primarily over the internet in order to save on overhead and provide significant savings to our customers.

Action Fireplace will ship to Canada and all areas of the contiguous 48 United States; we will ship to Alaska and Hawaii where possible. Other destinations are possible, but problematic at the current time.

Normally, Action Fireplace is available to take calls in the morning until about 2pm, at which point we are away from the office on most days.
