KCP&L

First, it should read above KCP&L not KCP. I have been fighting hopelessly with KCP&L'S "Customer Service" and "Revenue Protection" Dept since July 2011. This company is horribly dishonest. They have been treating me like dirt. They have charged me for usage and damage fees which I did not incur. I was forced to pay their outrageous bills once they disconnected my power.They refuse to get a supervisor on the phone for me and wont tell me who/where to file my complaints. My 5 children and my dog and I were forced out of our home for a week while they allegedly substantiated my id, despite the fact they knew they had my id paperwork and also knew who they were speaking to and mailing their demands for money to! They need to be tightly regulated or better yet put out of servicing this kcmo area!
