I cancelled a trip to the Bahamas on Aug.14, 2013 due to illness. On Aug. 19th, I filed a claim with Tripmate. Yesterday, Sept. 13th, I received a check for the entire amount, minus the $198.00 which I paid for the travel insurance. I could not be more pleased with the service which I have received from Tripmate.
