How long have you been in business?
Started in October 2006.
What is your primary product or service?
Screen printing has become the primary segment, but embroidery and signs/banners are a close second/third.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I have always wanted to run my own business. I searched for products or services that would always be around and in need. Marketing and everything related has always been of interest.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We tend to focus on the smaller businesses and organizations and their needs - consequently, smaller runs. There is seldom a minimum quantity whether it's t-shirts or mugs. We don't charge setup charges and since we do our own digitizing, there are no 'tape' or digitizing charges for embroidery.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We've just added a sales position in the St. Louis area as our second focus segment. Eventually we would like to have a retail site in the Liberty, Missouri area.

Which areas do you service?
Kansas City & St Louis and their surrounding areas, but we have accounts in other states as well.

My wife and I own and run the business.
